2. Orders & Delivery

Delivery times of 15–60 minutes are estimates and may vary based on demand, weather, and location. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

3. Age Restrictions

Alcohol purchases require proof of age (18+). Our drivers are trained to request ID and may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.

4. Refunds & Returns

We offer refunds for missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
